federation OF CHURCH new york nov 13 endorsed indorsed Indor sed by co adjutor bishop greer u letter from whom was read in all hie protestant episcopal churches of this city there was formally inaugurated yesterday a movement for the federation ot church clubs which has some novel features not the least interesting of these Is the tact that 0 order of service for the meetings contains two special prayers one for the nation and one for the city and a litany for the society at present the federation Is sectarian in that the clubs which are being federated all belong to the protestant episcopal church it is expected that however when its usefulness has been established all the other denominations including roman catholics and hebrews will join forty parishes will be represented by clubs which will attend a meeting which will be held in cooper union next thursday evening bishop greer will deliver an address rev dr henry L of this city has been chosen president of the federation
