DAMAGE SUIT in which Is asked for injures received by a boy the case of fred stouter jr vs ogden city and L C kelsey a suit for damages for injuries received by falling into a manhole still continued to occupy the attention of the district court yester day afternoon a large array of wit nesses being examined for the plaintiff when the court adjourned for the afternoon the testimony was not all in and the case was continued until today at 2 drs lyman skeen and G W baker testified to the injuries that the boy had received and dr baker testified to having attended the lad after he was injured other witnesses were examined as to the locality where the accident took place
