Brady baa a force of f engineers busy on his 700-acre irrl- H gated tract, north of the city, sur- H veying a site for his proposed subur- M ban mansion, tho plans of which have H been rocontly drawn by Architects M Wetland and Fennel of Boise. Tho M homo will cost ovor $25,000 and will H be very spacious and pretentious, M consisting of eighteen rooms, and will H be built of native stone, including H lava rock and cut stone. A landscapo H sardnor has beon employed to arrange M the grounds.
