Fogel will have to substantiate sub-stantiate his charges or suffer expulsion expul-sion from tho league. The Fogel charges were diBCUBsed yesterday at a special meeting of tho National League of Professional Baseball Base-ball clubs at tho Waldorf-Astoria. President Thomas J. Lynch was in tho cahir ready to sift the charges, but several of the magnates wished to havo the charges thoroughly Investigated In-vestigated before casting tholr votes, and all agreed that the inntter should bo given raoro time Accordingly Secretary Hoydler was delegated to formulate tho charges against Fogel within five days. Fogel In turn was granted another five days I nwhlch to make answer.
