Show VOGEL CASE DISMISSED BY COURT The case of William Vogel. who was charged in police court with assault as-sault and battery, has been dismissed, dismiss-ed, as the evidence showed that Mr. Vogel had acted within his legal rights when he disarmed two boy hunters who were trespassing on his property and drove them from the premises. Vogel resides near Thirty-second street and Harrison avenue and, according ac-cording to the testimony, found two boys by the nnmo of Dabney hunting on his place. He told them not to shoot any firearms on his grounds and when they Insisted that they had a right to hunt there if they wished he took their guns away from them an 1 led them off his land in no gentle manner. The parents of the youths caused Vogel's arrest, but the evidence evi-dence cleared him of wrongdoing. nn |
