Show CROP CONDITIONS According to reports rccehed at the local weather bureau, weather conditions con-ditions ror the past week have been exceptionally ravorable to the crops The rirst alfalfa crop has been harv ested, with good results, as but little damage was done by the heay rains. Much of the wheat has been cut and the dry rarni wheat Is virtually all harvested. WJieat fields In the vicinity vi-cinity of Salt Lake were not so ror-tunate ror-tunate In escaping the storm, but this condition Is purely local. Some of the Tarms in the southern part of tho sLite, In the unlrrlgated districts, have suffered somewhat from lack of rainfall, but rains are due In that section and will probablv arrive in time to aert a serious falling orf In the grain crops. |
