Show FAMOUS RUSSELL CASE. Cambridge. Mass.. July 23. On unsuccessful un-successful attempt to show conspiracy conspir-acy on the part of the attorneys for the estate was made today by counsel for the man from Dickinson. N D.. who claims to bo Daniel Blake Russell, Rus-sell, son of the late Daniel Russell of Melrose. Counsel called to the attention at-tention of Gilbert A. A. Pcavoy. the master in the case, the fact that the Fresno, Cal., claimant, while on the witness stand yesterday, would not swear whether he had waived hi3 right to the estate before he was recognized rec-ognized by tho Russell family as tbe missing son. It was the desire or counsel that the testimony of "Fresno Dan" be Interrupted In-terrupted while the master heard an examination of four lawyers for tho estate as to the truth or falsity of such a claim. The master denied the motion on the ground that it easily could be brought up at some future period In the hearing. |
