Two hundred men are to be left to hold Juarez. Mexican Consul E. C. Llorente announced an-nounced today that he had orders from Mexico City as early as Mon- day not to resist tho rebels if they attacked Juarez an dthat the pretense pre-tense at defense was only a bluff to keep the rebels out. |
