Show GRAND JURY IN OGDEN MARCH 11 For tho first time in Ogden's history his-tory a federal grand Jury will meet here for the consideration of federal criminal affairs. The meeting will ho hold in tho federal building March 11. TIiIb was brought abput through 0 recent ruling that all government cabes 111 Webor county and to the north in Utah Bhall be considered by a grand Jury sitting in Ogden. Heretofore Here-tofore matters of this kind have been taken to Salt Lake. Paul Gaj', an alleged white slaver, ii in the county Jail pending an investigation investi-gation by the federal gTand Jury, and it Is possible thnt other criminal matters mat-ters will be brought to tho attention of the Jury It Is frequently the case that Investigations aro mado regarding regard-ing affaire of men not considered by tho United States commissioner and Indictments found Paul Gay was given a preliminary hearing before Commissioner S. T. Corn and waa bound over to tho grand jury under bonds, In default of which he hae been detained in the county jail Tho man is alleged to have Induced In-duced two young women to enter 11 life of shame for his pecuniary benefit bene-fit and to have paid tholr fares to a point in Oregon where they woro to operate.
