He pleaded guilty to tho chargo, James Riley, Frank Bair, John Doe-Fred Doe-Fred O'Neill and Maggie Messenger wero fined $5 for being unlawfully drunk. Gus Foglin, charged with disturbing tho peace, was discharged by tho court without sontonce, the action against him being dismissed. Bessie Johnson, the colored woman wom-an who pleaded not guilty to vagrancy yesterday, did not appear for trial when her case was called this morn- ing and her bond of $10 wns forfeited for-feited to tho city. A bond of $5 was forfeited by Ernest Ern-est Lindqulst, who was charged with riding a bicycle on tho sidewalk. |
