Fifty of these men are engaged in the construction con-struction of a diversion dam across the Webor river below the Utah Light & Power houEo, about twelve miles from this city. The diversion dam, which is being built, will be equipped with a steel removable gate, which will greatly facilitate fa-cilitate tho workings of the canal. In addition to the building of this dam, COO feet of canal, near the headgate, which was not lined at the time the cementing of the waterway was done, is to be walled with cement. All of this work is beln done under the supervision su-pervision of City Engineer W M. Bos-taph. Bos-taph.
