Show BURGLARS IN AN OFFICE BUILDING Some venturosome fellow ransacked the office rooms of the First National bank building last night, using a "jimmy" in some instances to force open tho offico doors. The lawyers remark re-mark that it is needless to say that the fellow took nothing away, be-causo be-causo there is never anything of great value In an attorney's office. Tho burglar entered tho ofTices of Judge John E. Bagley, Attorney John Heywood and others and he also entered en-tered the ofllce of Dr Osgood. The desk drawers were pried bpon and a trunk in the Bagley offlco was opened. Papers were scattorod about tho offices, of-fices, but nothing has been missed. Tho attorneys nre- of the opinion that tho intruder thought he could get possession of legal documents that might be of value to him. Tho burglar's operation wore confined con-fined to the third floor of the bank building. oo |
