This is tbe first time a President of the United States has visited the upper peninsula of Michigan. The President will arrive from Sault Ste. Marie late tonight, but tho formal program will not begin until un-til 9:'J0 o'clock tomorrow morning, when Mr Taft will be taken on an automobile ride to Prcsquo isle, a natural park of C50 acres donated to the municlpalltv by the federal government gov-ernment several years ago.
