To Insure the attendanco of Mrs. Ellen Lofstrom, mother-of the Gray girl, Judge Loofbourow yesterday afternoon af-ternoon made an order putting her under un-der $3,000 ball, in default of which she was placed in the county Jail, The Gray girl made an attempt to secure se-cure her release from the county jail by habeas corpus (proceedings, -but the writ was denied by Judge G. G. Armstrong, and she Is being held in Jail. |
