Show POLICE' COURT i Forty-six women, of the underworld paid forfeitures; to' the city through the police court this morning to the amount of $550. Walter Read -and -"James Cavanaugh pleaded guilty to thd charge of drunkenness drunk-enness and werejasscssed $5 each. Charles'RevUoiis. who was arrested for riding a bike on the sidewalK. did not appear for trial and Corfeitcd a bond of $5 which ho had deposited, at the time of his arrest. G. W Smith,, arrested on a charge of mendicancy, pleaded not guilty to the charge and his case was continued until later. Pat Freelcy, charged with stealing steal-ing a sack of cucumbers from the Continental SunpJy company, pleaded not guilty and- the case was continued until the witnesse could be secured. |
