She died on April 20 The estate Is valued at $2,000,-000 $2,000,-000 and is to be divided between her two minor daughters. ' Mrs Brown, while on ; visit to her father's property at Anaconda, was attacked with heart disease and was huTried to, New York. She died the day after arriving hare. Mrs BrOwn appointed her brother, (Marcus Daly, executor, falling to mention men-tion her husband. There was a long delay in probating the will and It was intimated that Mr Brown, jxko Is a broker, might contest It. The will was probated, however, without contest.
