A bill has been introduced by our representative, Mr. L. T. Tnttle, to pun-ish pun-ish those befouling the water of the territory. It prohibits the caustruction of any eorral or yard for tho purpose of dipping sheep within two miles of any stream of water used by the inhabitants of any town, city or settlement for domestic do-mestic purpose, and the herding of cattle cat-tle horses or sheep within one mile of any streams of water nsed by the inhabitants in-habitants of any town, city or settlement settle-ment for domestic purposes. The text of the bill included all ant- mals. Ail conflicting interests between settlemenet and sheepmen bepond the two miles limit should be amicably adjected., Manti cannot afford to drive the stock of either class ont of the county.
