NOTICE Notice is hereby given to all persons per-sons holding or claiming liens on the within described premises, to-wit: All of Lot Nineteen (19) in Block Three (3) Plat "B," Milford Town-site Town-site Survey, Town of Milford, Beaver County, Utah, under tne provisions Title 46, Chapter 1, of the Compiles Laws of Utah, 1907, and. all laws and statutes supplementary and amendatory amend-atory thereto, to be and appear before be-fore the District Court of the Fifth Judicial District, in and for the County of Beaver, at its Court Room in Beaver City, Utah, on the 20th .day of September, 1917, at the hour of ten o'cioek of said day, and to exhibit ex-hibit then and there the proof ot said liens.
