THE STATE OF UTAH TO THE SAID DEFENDANTS: You are hereby summoned to appear within twenty days after the service of this summons upon you, if served within the county in which this action is brought; otherwise, within thirty days after service, and defend the above entitled en-titled action; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court. This action is brought to recover recov-er a judgment quieting plaintiff's title to the following described mines and mining claims situate in San Francisco Mining District, Beaver County, State of Utah, to-wit: to-wit: Rattler Lode Mining Claim, U. S. Lot No. 45; Carbonate Lode Mining Claim, U. S. Lot No. 52; East half of Anchor Lode Mining Claim No. 2, U. S. Survey No. 5118; The Millsite of the Frisco Smelting Company, U. S. Lot No. 41 "A" containing five acres of land, more or less, and sometimes known and denominated denomi-nated as "The Old Frisco 1 Smelting Site"; i Stepmother, Homesta'fe and '' Anchor Lode Mining Claims i U. S. Lot No. 5112; . Morning Star Lode Mining Claim, an unpatented mining claim which is entirely within the boundaries of Carbonate, Anchor, Homestake and Stepmother Step-mother Lode Mining Ctaims aforesaid.
