After the business meeting, delicious refreshments were served. County Agent Golden and Miss Davidson, together with Eldun Cates, wanted to know what o.r plans were for the summer's work. Thell Baker returne this week from a visit in Salt Lake and Stockton, where he had been the past month. A very delightful afternoon was spent at the home of Mrs. R. W. Jones Wednesday of this week. The Social Hour club met there to welcome wel-come her in the new location and presented her with a lovely remembrance re-membrance form the club, the presentation pre-sentation being made by Mrs. Charles Husband. The remainder of the afternoon was devoted to a demonstration of better ways of serving egg dishes, given by Miss Pixton, of the U. S. A. C. extension division. We also again enjoyed having Mr. Stoker and his wife present. A delicious plate luncheon was served by members of the club. n |
