Show KANOSH INDIANS LOOK FOR GRAHAM The 'Indians from Kanosh are going go-ing on the mountains almost daily, hunting for trace of the lost airplane of Maurice Graham, the Western Air Mail Express pilot who evidently lost his life several weeks ago. These Indians have already been up on the mountains four times in their search. They say, the snow is about 6 or 7 feet deep on the north hill. It is reported that Frank Sobquien, an Indian, first saw a light on the hill, and they think that by pursuing their hunt intensively, they -will find the lost man and the plane. . The Indians who have engaged in the hunt, and who went out again on March 5th are: Joseph Pikyavit, Lon-nie Lon-nie Indian, Frank Sobquien, Wesly Levi, and Ted Pikyavit. Chronicle, Delta. |
