Show COMMISSIONERS IN i REGULAR MEETING Audit is Ordered and Other 1 Business is Transacted by Board I . . , The regular monthly meeting of ' the County Commissioners of Beaver county was held at the Court House Wednesday. Among the matters discussed dis-cussed was that of the regular two-year two-year audit of the county records as required by law. . The clerk was in-. in-. structed to arrange to have the audit made immediately. Members of the American Legion appeared before the Board relative to the appropriation made by the county coun-ty for the name plates on the doughboy dough-boy statue. Lew Mar Price also appeared before be-fore the board on the matter of securing se-curing a food and meat inspector for the county, but no definite action was taken on .the. matter. Members of the County Fair board met with the commissioners and were assured of the hearty cooperation of the commissioners in putting on the 1930 county fair and that the levy for fair purposes would be forthcoming. forthcom-ing. The members of the board of commissioners felt that the annual county fair was one of the important educational and beneficial projects of the county.- ' . James Robinson made a report of the work done on the South Milford road,, and other road matters were discussed. .' . ( At noon the members of the board made, a trip to Greenville to inspect ' the Vork' being done on the -road at that place and were guests of the Greenville people for dinner.
