Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. State Engineer' Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, February 14, 1980. Notlc is hereby given that L. N. Marsdcn, rrho.se post office address is Parowan, Utah, has made application applica-tion in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 to 1929 inclusive to appropriate .0044 c. f. s. of water from Merton Spring in Beaver County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at the point of issuance of the spring which bears N. 5 deg. 45' W. 18, 230 ft. from the SE cor.'of Sec. 34, T. 29 S., R. 13 W, S. L. B. & M. and conveyed by means of a pipe a distance of 502 ft. where it wall be used, during the entire year fey the watering of 5,000 head of sheep. Also as much as may be ne-oe'ssary ne-oe'ssary will be used for domestic and culinary purposes. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as File No. 10831. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affi-: , davit in duplicate, accompanied with i a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
