Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake! City. Utah, March 4, 1930.. L Notice is hereby given that Wm. Metcalf, Ray B. Metcalf, and Junius, Metcalf, assignees of John Ryan, whose post office addresses are Gunnison, Gun-nison, Utah, have made application in accordance with the requirements of the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 to 192!) inclusive to appropriate 2.5 c. f. s. of water from Willow Creek in Beaver County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at a point which bears 5215 ft. S. and 2930 ft. W. from the SE corner of Sec. 33, T. 28 S., R. 15 W., S. L. B. & M. and conveyed a distance of 225 ft. where it will be used from May 1st to October 1st of each year for the irrigation of 160 acres of land emhraced in parts of unsurveved Sees. 3, 4, T. 29 S., R. 15 W., S. L. B, & M. As much water as may be necessary will be used during the entire year for domestic purposes. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 10825. All . protests atfainst the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
