SOUTH MILFORD Miss Ethel Stanley and her friend Miss King Jtf Osfden, left by motor last Tuesday morning via our Utah Parks for Los Angeles, Calif., where they will take sunimer school courses cours-es in their chosen work among the deaf and blind in the state school at Ofrden. LeRoy Fournier, manager of the Telluride Power Co., with his son Renee were out on the Flat on Saturday Satur-day on business. Mrs. Ivan McKnight and Mrs. C. W. Johnston spent last Friday with friends at Minersville. Miss Nella Jones has returned from a three weeks visit with relatives rela-tives in Cedar City and Parowan. Mrs. Addison Bybee returned Tuesday afternoon from Monovia, Calif., where she had spent a day with her parents, the Rev. and Mrs. W. F. Skeller after a motor tour of our southern parks and Boulder Dam she accompanied her sister and husband, hus-band, Dr. and Mrs. R. J. Carry of Long Beach, Calif. The Live Wire girls met on Wednesday Wed-nesday afternoon and studied a hat making project. Mrs.. Roy Smynder and little daughters of Los Angeles, Calif., arrived ar-rived last Thursday to visit her mother, Mrs. W. W. Cook. The Social Hour club will meet at the club, house on Thursday afternoon, after-noon, July 7 with Madam and Mrs. Bybee as hostesses. |
