Show Just Hamlet It seems that Douglas Fairbanks, Jr., wdiose sense of humor is admirably ad-mirably developed, burst in on a conference of story writers and plot contrivers at the First National studios with the demand that they listen to a plot he had just thought up. He outlined it in detail, without with-out dates, however, and, one and all, the assembled craftsmen dismissed dis-missed it, saying that it was too episodic and, in short, no good. Douglas departed with a grin, but turned as he went out the door to say: "Well, some one thought It was good. The story I've just told you, gentlemen, is the plot of 'Hamlet.' 'Ham-let.'
