Show LEGAL NOTICES i I NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineers Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, June 2, 1932. N'otice is hereby given that Walter W. Cook. Jr., whose post office address ad-dress is Milford, Utah, has made ap- plication in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Session Laws of 'Utah, 1!U9 to 1929 incl. to appro-j appro-j priate .01 of a c. f. s. of water from ' an Unnamed Spring in Beaver County, Coun-ty, Utah. Said water is to be diverted divert-ed from the point of issuance of said soring which bears S. 65 degress 50' W. 3607 ft. from the WH cor. Sec. 1, T. 28 S., R. 15 W., S. L. B. & M. and conveyed a distance of 175 ft. where it will be used from January 1st to December 31st incl. of each year for the watering of 200 head of cattle. This application is designed in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 112-13. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of j $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
