BUNDLE SHOWER Mrs. Pat Keeney was the motif for a bundle shower given by Mrs. William Wil-liam K. Dawson Friday afternoon. Five hundred was the feature, followed fol-lowed by a tempting luncheon. PIERIAN CLUB The semi-monthly meeting of the Pierian Club was held Monday evening even-ing April 8, at the home of Mrs. Wil-lard Wil-lard Nichols. Peterson entertained enter-tained a few friends at "500" Monday Mon-day evening in honor of Mr. Mrs. J. W. Hatton of Osdick, California, who are here visiting relatives and friends. A very enjoyable evening was spent. Mrs. W. P. Frazer won high high score for men; Maude Robinson consolation; and H. W. Peterson, booby prize. Gieger, Mrs. Maude Robinson and Lavon Peterson. Peter-son. SOCLYL HOUR CLUB The Social Hour Club met last Thursday afternoon at the club house with Mesdames Horace Palmer and. Parley Fisher as hostesses. Much merriment was occasioned by dividing the members into two groups of I. W. W., each side plac-, ing its own interpretation upon those initials. The refreshments , were served from tablets decorated in red and" white, with large Chinese dolls as centerpieces. Mrs. Stanley was a guest of the club. The next meeting will be held on Thursday April lSti at the club house with Mrs. F. W. Gospill and Miss Gladys Gospill as hostess. |
