Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. Stale Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, April 23, 1930. Notice is hereby given that Alfred Wood, whose post office address is Minersville, Utah, has made application applica-tion in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the Session Laws of Utah, 1910 to 1929 inch to appropriate .002 c. f. s. of water from Lammersdorf Spring in Beaver County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted from the point of issuance of the spring which bears S. 7 deg. 20' E. 9900 ft. from the SW cor. Sec 33, T. 28 S., R. 15 W., S. L. B. & M. and conveyed by means of a pipe line a distance of 100 ft. where it will be used during the entire vear for the watering of 250 head of cattle. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 10S45. All protests against the granting of saiil application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within with-in thirty (30) days after the completion com-pletion of the publication of this notice. no-tice.
