Show Cape Cellar Worn With Either Frock or Coat A cape collar adopts a detached impartial im-partial attitude toward the parts of the ensemble with which It Is worn. It contents itself with appearing on either the frock or the long coat. The collar is wide across the shoulders and is finished in points in the front that may be drawn through slits In the coat, making it an integral part of the wrap. Otherwise it fastens at the waistline in the front of the frock. With it are worn cuffs of the same printed fabric. The coat Is of plain flat crepe. |
