Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, April 23, 1030. Notice is hereby given that Alfred Wood, whose post oll'ice address is Mincrsville, Utah, has made application applica-tion in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the Session Laws of Utah, 1010 to 1020 inch to appropriate .002 c. f. s. of water from Willow Spring in Beaver County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at the point of issuance of the spring which bears S. 17 deg. 30' E. 53-Ki ft. from the SW cor. of Sec. 30, T. 28 S., R. 15 W., S. L. B. & M, and conveyed by means of a ditch and pipe line a distance of 300 ft. where it will be used (luring the entire year for the watering of 250 head of cattle. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 1084G. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within with-in thirty (30) days after the completion com-pletion of the publication of this notice. no-tice.
