There were seven others from Oasis and Abraham! who took the examination under the direction of Principal F. A. Brinton. Owing to the new method of handling handl-ing the books, suggested by our principal, prin-cipal, less than fifteen books were lost tr damaged out of about 17.'0 used by 2'M'i students. There will be a complete change In th! faculty for next year, but the principal prin-cipal desires to here indorse the work of the teachers. They worked in per-; feet harmony with him. He says he never worked with a more earnest and easily managed class of students than ! he had here. While he did not make i much fuss or create any excitement, we can now see and appreciate his unrelenting un-relenting efforts to attain success In our district this winter. As some of his students remarked at the program the other evening: The trustees might have hired a larger "nun In stature; stat-ure; but they would have looked long before they got a larger man In the school room or a more Interested teacher for our school. |
