EPHRAIM EDITOR POINTS THE WAY Much is being done to arouse a spirit of "clean up and paint up" throughout Utah in preparation for the great western tourist migration migra-tion expected this summer, and especially during the Centennial year. Some worthy projects suggested by Editor Roscoe C. Cox, publisher of the Ephraim Enterprise for improvement im-provement of his community could be adopted and carried out by every ev-ery community in the state. A partial par-tial list follows: Transfer the manure from the corrals to the farms. Tear down old rickety-rackety barns and sheds and replace them, when needed, with new and substantial sub-stantial ones. Repaint homes, fences, barns, etc and plant more flowers and shrubs in the yards. Plant more fruit trees, especially especial-ly apricot, plum and apple; also more hardwood shade trees such as black walnut and ash.
