Show Millard Club at B Y U ' Elects New Officer j The Millard county club, an organization or-ganization of students at Brigham Young university from this county, has gained statewide recognition for its progressive activities during the autumn quarter and its full program for the winter quarter. One of the largest sectional organizations or-ganizations on the campus, the club has planned a full program of activties, which will include socials so-cials and campus programs. Some of these programs will be taken to the high schools in Delta, Fillmore and Hinckley, where most of the group were former students. Faculty sponsor for the group is Evan S. Croft, assistant professor of secretarial science, and a former form-er Millard county resident. Among their autumn quarter accomplishments, accomplish-ments, the club, which numbers over 60 members, purchased sweaters sweat-ers symbolizing the Millard coun ty area. The newly elected club officers are Homer Christensen, president; La Rue Wasden, vice president; Betty Jane Roper, secretary; re porter, Betty Jo Robison; recreation recrea-tion committee, Beverly Larsen and Bill Moulton. |
