Show NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Office of the City Recorder of Delta, Utah. w Delta, Utah, Aug. 2, 1944 Sealed proposals will be received at this office until 5:00 o'clock p. m. on Sept. 5, 1944, for installing a whiteway ornamental street lighting lig-hting system in Lighting District No. 1, in Delta, Utah, at the sole expense of, and to be owned by, the contractor, and for operating, patrolling pa-trolling and maintaining the same and supplying necesesary electric energy thereto for a period of ten years, bui with an option to the City to cancel the contract at the expiration of five years, all according accord-ing to the plans and specifications therefor on file in the office of the City Engineer of Delta, Utah. Instructions to bidders, plans and specifications and forms for contract iwhen prepared, may be obtained at the office of such City Engineer. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids.
