Show HINCKLEY HIGH PLANS SCHOOL YEARBOOK The students are looking forward to a yearbook carnival and dance to be held at the school a week from Friday night. Senior student, Delma Jean Webb will be the editor edi-tor of the yearbook this year. lowing guests: Merry Johnson, Lottie Lot-tie Gronning, Edna Haycock, Colleen Col-leen Craddock, Norean Shipley, Na-dine Na-dine Sheriff, Betty Nielson, Rosalee Banks and Thelma Clark as a special spe-cial guest. John Carlton of the U. P. restaurant, rest-aurant, was called to Omaha or account of the death of his father Mrs. Effie Allen entertained the "500" Club Thursday evening Cards were played during the evening eve-ning with the first prize won by Jennie Huddleston; Mergie Great-house Great-house and Adelia Coleman won the cut prizes. Mrs. Joe Pargis, Margie Greathouse, Adelia Coleman, Kate Hayes, Unice Nielson, Jennie Huddleston Hud-dleston and Viola Angell enjoyed home made candy. Mrs. Jean Ashby of Leamington spent the day with her daughter, Mrs. Ray Nielson. Mrs. Mae Miller and son, Billy, and Mrs. Wallace Allen will spend a few days in Salt Lake shopping The Relief Society held their o-pening o-pening meeting Tuesday. The class leaders were announced as follows Edna Haycock, visiting teacher; Eleanor Nielson, literature. Colleer Craddock, theology; Leda Great-house, Great-house, social science; Norean Shipley Ship-ley replaced Lucille Nielson as secretary sec-retary and Florence Woodbury took Beatrice Gunn's place as first counselor; Bess Thompson, entertainment enter-tainment leader. Rachael Simpson, refreshments. A one-nce play was given by Lottie Gronning, Mary Johnson, Miona Ivie and Bess Thompson. Fruit salad was served and each lady was presented with a carnation. |
