Show NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS Notice is hereby given that the assessment of a tax is about to be levied by the City Council of Delta. Del-ta. Utah upon the hereinafter described de-scribed property abutting upon I Clark Street in Delta, Utah, he-twee: he-twee: 1st West Street and 4th West Street and that portion of 3rd West Street in said Delta. U-tah. U-tah. between Clark Street and 1st North Street, to wit. All of lots 3 to 8 inc. in Block 52 All of lots 3 to 8 inc. in Block 53 All of lots 3 to 8 inc. in E'ock 54 All of lots 1 to 6 and lot S in Block 57 All of lots 1 to 7 in Block 5S. at! as shown on Plat A of the Delta Townsite on record in the office of the County Recorder of Millard County. Utah for the purpose of onerating for a period of ten years 20-ampere series incandescent ornamental or-namental White Way lamps in Lighting District No. 1. That the Board of Equalization and Review, as appointed by the City Council will meet at the City Hall on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, Oct. 9, 10 and 11 between be-tween the hours of 7:00 and 8:00 p. m. and will hear and consider any objections and make any correction cor-rection of any proposed tax which which said Board may deem unequal un-equal or unjust. That during said time, between the hours of 7:00 and 8:00 p. m. said list will be open to public inspection in-spection at the office of the City Recorder, City Hall Building, Delta, Utah.
