Dewsnup Wins Oratorical Contest Richard Dewsnup was the winner win-ner at a Millard county oratorical contest held at the Delta high on Monday, March 18. This contest was held for the purpose of determining which candidate can-didate from the county may be in attendance and represent the county cou-nty at the reginal debate and forensic fo-rensic meet which will be held on March 30 at Milford. The title of Dewsnup's winning oration was "The Miracle Chemical Chemi-cal DDT." Other entries in this contest were Sandy Sanford, with "The U. N. O." as his subject; Barbara Bar-bara Sorenson, with "Lincoln, the Defender of the Constitution," and Barbara Curtis, who spoke on "Our Flag." The judges for the contest were Sebrina Ekins and Albert Payne.
