I The National Highway Users Conference, and Emily Post, the authority on etiquette, have joined to promote better motor manners on America's streets and highways, to save lives and reduce congestion. The non-profit publication in booklet form of Mrs. Post's new "Motor Manners" was announced at a New York luncheon attended by some 150 industrialists and highway user leaders.
