Show Leamington Mrs. Leonard Dutson Mrs. Ben Stevensen from Los Angeles, is here visiting with her mother, Mrs. Louis Nielson and other relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Wells Nielson visited visit-ed over the weekend in Manti with friends and relatives. The second 4-H club meeting, under the direction of Louise Lovell Lov-ell and Freda Hansen, teachers, was held Monday afternoon at the home of Barbara and Bonnie Fielding. The name chosen for their club is The Eight Thrift Stitcheretts. The cheer leaders have decided on 2, 4, 6, 8, who do we appreciate, the club, the club, the 4-H club as their official yell. A pleasant afternoon aft-ernoon was enjoyed by the members. mem-bers. A nice luncheon was served to the group. Reporter, Janice S. Nielson. Lorraine Stevensen. and Thelma Nielson drove to Salt Lake last week to visit with relatives for a few days. Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Bradfield are very proud of their new baby boy born to them last week. It is their first child. Bud and Margaret McCann went to Tooele to attend a funeral there last Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Williams have their grandson from Tooele visiting with them for awhile. There are many children visiting visit-ing here from the cties wth rela-tves. rela-tves. Mr. and Mrs. William Wash and Mr. and Mrs. Dene Dutson and son drove down from Salt Lake City early last Sunday to spend the day with their parents. They arrived ar-rived in time to attend Sunday school here. Mrs". Dorothella Soderquist from Salt Lake City is visiting here with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. M. C. Dutson. The Sunday School furnished the program for last Sunday night meeting. A very nice program was enjoyed. Merrill Dutson will be one of the speakers for next Sunday Sun-day night meeting. A women's Softball game was helid here , last Wednesday afternoon after-noon at 4:30 p.m. The score was Sugarville 11, Leamington 9. The 4-H Morning Glories Breakfast Break-fast club held their meeting at the home of Joan Bradfield Wednesday Wed-nesday morning, June 8. Members are Luella Dutson, the president; Inez Nielson, Joan Bradfield Brad-field and Shirley Grygla, members. Teachers are Eva Dutson and Eva Bradfiled. |
