NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Iron County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-10490 ( 71-3451) Max V. Cannon Est., Modena, UT 84753, proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 154.0 ac. ft. out of a total of 634.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Appl. 17269 (71-1180). The water has been diverted from a 14-inch well, 224 ft. deep, at a point N.80ft. E95ft. from S't Cor Sec. 33, T34S, R17W; and used from March 15 to Nov. 1 for the irrigation of 158.50 acs. in SE'i Sec. 33, T34S, R17W. Hereafter, 154.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from two 16-inch wells as follows: (1) existing well, 301 ft. deep, at a point N. 2135 ft. W. 540 ft.; and (2) well 250-500 ft. deep, at a point N. 1320 ft. W 1320 ft., both from SE Cor. Sec. 7, T35S, R17W (8 mi. NW Beryl Junction); and used from March 15, to Nov.
