She, in fact, is a little lady. The sex change came about following casting for the Southern Utah State College Children's Theatre The-atre production of "Rumple-stilskin" "Rumple-stilskin" which opened Wednesday Wed-nesday evening and will continue con-tinue nightly through Saturday, Satur-day, 8:15 p.m. In the SUSC Auditorium. . . Debbie Clements, Las' Vegas, Nev., was awarded the title role on the basis of her unique uni-que comedy talent and, perhaps, per-haps, athletic ability. Much of the play action takes place in the top of a tree. All of the usual fairy tale settings are also in evidence with scenes staged in a palace, pal-ace, garden and, as the ultimate ulti-mate location, on the edge of the world. The unusual development of the widely read story is the work of Frank Adkins, Coalville, who is producing the play as his SUSC Senior Thesis project. Also working for Senior Thesis credit is Susan Memmott, Scipio, set and costume designer. Assisting Assist-ing Mr. Adkins with directing duties is Arlene Elmer, Escal-ante. Escal-ante. Cast members supporting Miss Clements are Sheila Buckley , Keams; Rozan Felix, Fe-lix, Cedar City; Mike Eaton and Garth Noel, Orem; Karen Kekte, Spanish Fork; Phillip Stevens, Pleasant Grove; Scott Phillips, Caliente, Nev.; Marty Aaron, California; Sharee Beck, American Fork; Jessie |
