NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change and appropriate ap-propriate water in Iron County, Coun-ty, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise other-wise designated. Locations are SLB&M. a-5140, Alfred P. and Doris D. Pederson, Beryl, Utah, propose pro-pose to change the point of diversion of 635.55 ac.-ft. of water evidenced by Appl. 16830 (71-1264) Cert. 4081. The water has been diverted from a lG-in. well 170 ft deep at a point S. 2360 ft. E. 755 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 32, T35S, R16W, and used for stockwatering of 1 horae, 2 cows, 10 swine, 100 sheep, and 50 poultry and from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for irrigation ir-rigation of 158.7 acs. in NWli, wells 150-500 ft. deep at the following points: (1) N. 100 ft. E. 100 ft. from SW Cor. (2) N. 100 ft. E. 100 ft. from WVi Cor, both of Sec. 17, T36S, R17W, and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for supplemental irrigation ir-rigation of 320 acs. but limited limit-ed to sole supply of 72.8 acs. in W4 Sec. 17, T36S, R17W. The balance of the 593.94 ac.-ft. ac.-ft. of water is to remain as heretofore. a-5145, David H. Jenson, Rt. No. 1, Cedar City, Utah, proposes pro-poses to change the place of use of 124.4 ac.-ft. of water evidenced by Underground Water Claim 8176 (73-350). The water has been diverted from a 12-in. well 168 ft. deep at a point S. 405 ft. W. 1520 ft. from EVi. Cor. Sec. 32, T35S, R11W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of NE14SWM, Sec. 32, T35S, R16W. Hereafter 635.55 ac.-ft. of water is to be diverted from either or both of two wells as follows: (1) same as heretofore hereto-fore (2) 16-in. well 200-300 ft. deep at a point S. 2430 ft E. 755 ft from NW Cor. Sec. 32, T35S, R16W, comingled, and used as heretofore. a-5141, Grant Ree Wood, co Lehi M. Wood, Rt. No. 1, Cedar City, Utah, proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 291.2 ac.-ft. of 593.94 ac.-ft. of water evidenced evid-enced by Appl. 17332 (71-1174). The water was to have been diverted di-verted from a well at a point' N 1775 ft. E. 2305 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 14, T33S, R16W, and used for stockwatering of 1200 cattle and 12 horses and from Apr. 1 to Sept. 30 for irrigation af 140 acs. Uses were to be in 31.1 acs. in NV2SWV4, Sec. 32, T35S, R11W. Hereafter 124.4 ac.-ft. of wa-1 ter is to be diverted as hereto-1 fore and used from Mar. 15 ! to Oct. 31 for supplemental ir-1 rigation of 240 acs. but limited to sole supply of 31.1 acs. in SWSW Sec. 30, SW'iNEM, NWy4 Sec. 31, T35S, R11W. 37485 ( 71-2947) John J. and Laura M. Bradley, Box 39, Mo-dena, Mo-dena, Utah, propose to divert .015 sec.-ft. of water from a 6-in. 6-in. well 150-300 ft. deep at a point S. 1131 ft. E. 133 ft. from W& Cor. Sec. 32, T34S, R18W, and use it for domestic purposes pur-poses of one family in NWy4-SW?4 NWy4-SW?4 Sec. 32, T34S, R18W. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of any of these applications applica-tions with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with NE, ENW, NESWYi, Sec. 23, T33S, R16W; SE54 Sec. 14, T33S, R16W. Hereafter 291.2 ac.-ft. of water wa-ter is to be diverted from either or both of two 16-in. |
