Show !D.U.P. Pledges Support To : Iron Mission Park ! The Coal Creek Camp, Daughters of Utah Pioneers, met Friday, with president Idonna Maithies, presiding, assisted by first vice president Zoella Benson. Plans were made to put forth every effort in fund raising to help with the building build-ing of the Iron Mission Park. The lesson at the meeting was given by Zolla Matheson, on banks and banking in the early days, including the history his-tory of the first banks in Cedar Ce-dar City. Tribute was paid to the memories of the great presidents pres-idents being honored this month, Washington and Lincoln. Lin-coln. Sidney Hahne presented her dance class in several numbers. num-bers. Participating were the I following girls: Rachelle Thorley, Robyn Thorley, Car- olyn Jorgensen, Sally Hunter, Karen Bradshaw and Vickie Anderson. |
