Show 1 Funeral Services , Honor Paragonah Matron By Hilma Lamoreaux Mrs. Ethel Robb, respected Paragonah resident, passed away early Sunday at a St. George hospital of causes incident in-cident to age. She was 78 years old. Funeral services were held Wednesday at 2 p. m. in the Paragonah Ward Chapel. Mary Ethel Stones Robb was born Sept. 2, 1888 in Paragonah Paragon-ah to James and Susan Pro-thero Pro-thero Stones. She was married mar-ried to Simon Walter Robb, Oct. 15, 1913 in the St. George LDS Temple. Mr. Robb died June 4, 1963. j Mrs. Robb was a graduate of Branch Normal School and State Normal School. She taught in Iron County. She was a member of the LDS Church and of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers. Her youngest son, Lyle was killed in World War II. Survivors Include sons, James S. Robb, Salt Lake City and Ward S. Robb, Cedar City. Also surviving are six grandchildren grand-children and two great-grandchildren. |
