This is an action to recover on an installment note and mortgage dated August 3, 1965, having a balance due and owing of $2,271.&3, togeth-er togeth-er with $25.00 for title search, a reasonable attorneys' fee and plaintiff's costs incurred in this action, and to foreclose said installment note and mor-tgage mor-tgage securing said amount, describing the following real property situated in Iron County, State of Utah, to-wit: Commencing at a point 90 feet North from the Southeast corner of Lot 15, Block 39, Plat "B", Cedar City Town Survey, and running thence North 58.5 feet; thence North 48 deg. 45 min.
