Show Daniel Roberts Claims Jane Esmeier in Temple Rites Rites solemnized in the St. George Temple on July t united un-ited Miss Jane Esmeier and Daniel Roberts in matrimony. Tresident Rudger Atkin officiated offic-iated at the double ring ceremony. cer-emony. The bride's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Nurman Esmeier, and the bridegroom's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Spencer Roberts. Both are Cedar City residents. The newlyweds were honored hon-ored at a reception in the Cedar Ce-dar West Stake House on the evening of July C. They greeted greet-ed their guests in a hall de corated by Fred Adams and Ramona Esplin. It featured fountains of candles set off by palms. The receiving line stood in front of a backdrop of ribbons, rings, and stephan-otis. stephan-otis. There was also a crystal green fountain on one side of tlie hall. The bride wore an original white gown with an aplique pattern front. Imitation jewels accented the dross in front, and a rolled rose bow created a bustle effect in back. Attending the bride as matron ma-tron of honor was Mrs. Blair Turnbough, St. George. The bridesmaids were Mrs. Gail Topham; Misses Mary Kay Lambeth. Betty Sue Esmeier. newlyweds included a Kitchen and Bathroom Shower given by Mrs. Gail Topham and Miss Mary Kay Lambeth; a Personal Shower given by Miss Chris Dotson; and the Wedding Breakfast given by Mrs. Blair Turnbough in her home in St. George. The bride's going away costume cos-tume consisted of a navy blue and white dress with shoes to match. The newlyweds honeymooned honeymoon-ed in Salt Lake, Yellowstone, the Grand Tetons, and Jackson Jack-son Hole, Wyoming. The bride is a graduate of Cedar High and has attended CSU for two years where she is a Home Economics major. She has been a member of the Thunderettes, Saddle and Sirloin Sir-loin and Rodeo Club. The bridegroom is also a graduate of Cedar High and has attended CSU for three years. He just returned from completing a 6 month tour of duty with the National Guard. '.They will make their home in Cedar City while they continue con-tinue their schooling at CSU. Kathy Roberts, Judy Roberts, and Rosemary Randall. The attendants wore floor-length gowns of lime green chiffon with tiny white squares. The dresses featured the empire waist, a square neck, and puffed puf-fed sleeves. Completing the picture were the small replicas repli-cas of the bridal bouquet of stephanotis and carnations which the'girls carried and the wide white velvet ribbon headpieces head-pieces trimmed with a row of rhinestones. The best man, Paul Roberts, and ushers Fred and Kim Esmeier, Es-meier, Don Reid, John Froyd, and Merrill Arns wore white tuxedos with white roses in the buttonhole. ,-,m i The mothers of, the bxifle and bridegroom wore cocEfail uicaocjj vji lime; git-crji UUil u LU crepe with Phalaenotfis orchid corsages. All floral arrangements arrange-ments were white accented with green. Miss Carin Humphreys presided pre-sided at the guest book, and Joy MacDonald was hostess over the tables. The serving was done by Misses Annette Esplin, Connie Lambeth, Bren-da Bren-da Jane Lambeth, Maxine Gentry, and Patti Gentry. Misses Claudette Matheson, Sandi Gentry, Suzy Gentry, and Chris Dotson were in the gift room. Out of town guests included: an uncle and his family, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Esmeier and Betty Sue; Mr. Walter Esmeier and Miss Margaret Esmeier of Evansville, Indiana; Mr. and Mrs. Gary Terry, Las Vegas, Nev.; and Mr. and Mrs. Cecil James, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Garrett, Gar-rett, Gary Hansen, and Ray Watts, all of Salt Lake City.
