Show U of M Awards Ph.D to T. Leonard Rowley . State, he has directed more than 40 plays. He was stage director of three of Weber State's most successful musicals, mus-icals, "The Music Man," "The King and I," and "The Sound of Music." Prior to joining the WSC faculty, Mr. Rowley was a faculty member at Weber High School for five years, and he has directed several community and civic theater productions. He took his Bachelor and Master degrees in theater arts at Brigham Young University. Mr. Rowley is married to the former Wanda Whitmore of Sandy, Utah. They have five children. T. LEONARD ROWLEY T. Leonard Rowley, son of Mrs. Cora M. and the late George S. Rowley, and brother of Mrs. Warren Munford and Richard M. Rowley of Cedar City, recently received his Ph.D. degree in theater arts at the University of Minnesota, Minne-sota, Minneapolis, Minn.
