Show General Hosts Corporation, Union Pacific Consider Utah Parks Sale tional Park in Florida, and through its Frontier West Division, Di-vision, recently established a tourist project in the South west. General Host manufactures manufac-tures and sells baked goods under the names Van do Kamp's, Bond and Eddy. General Host Corporation and Union Pacific Railroad Company announced this week that General Host would acquire ac-quire all of the shares of Utah Parks Company, a wholly-owned wholly-owned subsidiary of U. P., in exchange for common stock of General Host. The transaction is conditioned condition-ed upon Utah Parks Company entering into a new concession con-cession contract with the U. S. National Parks Service, which is satisfactory to General Gener-al Host. According to Tom Murray, manager of Utah Parks Company, Com-pany, headquartered n Cedar City, the current contract with the National Parks Service runs through December 31, 1968. However, negotiations for a new contract are underway. under-way.
