Randy Croft had fl 213, Carl Pretty a 201, and in the make up game Floyd Evans rolled games of 204 and 213 to take top series honors for the week with a 585. Jones and Morris took all team honors for the week, rolling roll-ing the high game of 670 and also the top series of 1907. Meyers and Pretty came up with runner-up honors with a game of 653 in a 1809 series. Action started again in the local bowling associations with two leagues getting hack into the swing this week. The Wednesday evening I Southern Associated League started things off with Mario Stones rewriting all the league lea-gue records for this season. Mario started things off with a 261 game and then added a 210 for a real fine 652 series. Bill Dover hit two also, a 220 and a 200, but only finished with a 599 for runer-up honors. Other games of note were 203 games by Ken Parry and Nolan No-lan Stokes, Mel Adam 201, Win Seegmiller 210, Hal Boyce 201, Grant Seegmiller 205, and Loo Cahoon 200. Beeline rolled the top team game of the week, a 901, and Iron County Lumber rolled an 899. Meadow Gold stayed consistent all evening, rolling games of 895, 887, and 858 to walk off with top team series of the week, a 26 10.
